  Well, it's about fricken time. Someone has finally grew a pair and filed a class action lawsuit against SONY for it's removal of the other OS functionality. While I realise this may not mean much to a person who uses the playstation for just gaming. It really has some resounding effects for all the other aspects. I mean seriously, if they can just deactivate functions willy nilly wihout regard blueray movie playing could be next. Oh no, someone figured out how to pirate 25gb blueray movie disk on the playstation 3, better lock it down. It's this kind of ignorance that really makes me wonder what the hell executive people are thinking. You sell a product with a specific set of features you can't just turn around and remove them and expect to get away with it. You aren't leasing the machine to me. I'm BUYING, and OWNING the machine. It is physical property, and ownership is 9/10ths of the law.

However the alleged smartphone QderoPateo Ouidoo is packing a hefty 26-core processor capable of 8GHz, 4GB of ROM, 28GB of built-in storage, micro sd slot, bluetooth 2.0, WI-FI, GPS, 5-megapixel camera (yes Dustin, it has flash), Digital compass, accelerometer, 3.5" 800x480 screen... But wait... It only has 512MB of RAM... WHAT THE FUCK?! To me this sounds like bullshit. I mean if your gonna do it, do it right. Why kill it like that? Plus, the most cores in anything to date was the ZiiEGG at an 8-core stim cell processor similar to that of the Playstation 3's 8-core cell processor and look how that tanked because no one wants to code for something to use all 8 cores at once... Let alone 26! So I call it bullshit... Not to mention the Augmented Reality, plus looking like Windows 7 Series Phone and the Palm Pre's fucked up flipper baby... And to add to it all, there is NO video and NO prices on this device that is to be released in China sometime between July and August.

On April 14, 2010 frontman and bassist Peter Steele died, reportedly from heart failure at the age of 48. The following statement concerning Peter was seen on the official Type O Negitive website on the 15th of april:

"It is with great sadness that we inform you that Type O Negative front man, bassist, and our band mate, Peter Steele passed away last night of what appears to be heart failure. Ironically Peter had been enjoying a long period of sobriety and improved health and was imminently due to begin writing and recording new music for our follow up to "Dead Again" released in 2007.

The official cause of death has yet to be determined pending autopsy results. The funeral services will be private and memorial services will be announced at a future date. We’d like to share our thoughts and those of Peter’s family below. We are truly saddened to lose our friend and appreciate the tremendous outpouring today from around the world.
